Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education. Ideally, the candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience required.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience with ASP.NET.
• Strong understanding of Automated Testing.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Automated Testing frameworks and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing.
• Experience with Automated Testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.

Job Summary:

As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will play a crucial role in enabling full-stack solutions through cross-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. You will contribute to accelerating delivery and ensuring quality across the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, as well as creating and maintaining automation strategies, automated scripts, and supporting test data and environment configurations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Automated Testing:

   • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the quality of software applications.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and automate test cases.

2. Collaboration and Code Reviews:

   • Participate in code reviews to ensure automated tests are integrated seamlessly into the development process.

3. Continuous Improvement:

   • Monitor, report, and manage defects to support continuous improvement of the end-to-end testing process.

4. Test Data and Environment Setup:

   • Create and maintain test data and environments to ensure proper refresh of automated tests.

5. Agile Methodology:

   • Contribute to the Agile development process by ensuring testing practices are integrated and effective throughout the software lifecycle.
