  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses, ensuring procedures are up-to-date across teams.

The Team:

The Public Ownership Team within the Deals, Ownership, and Institutional Profiles (DOI) Cluster is responsible for collecting, linking, and maintaining shareholding data for publicly listed companies worldwide. Ownership data is sourced from filings, annual reports, and exchange notifications and is linked to respective owners.


The Impact:

This role sits within the Centre of Excellence for the DOI cluster and plays a key role in ensuring the quality of the Public Ownership dataset. In addition to working closely with the team, this role will involve collaborating on process improvement projects, interacting with cross-location teams, and gaining deep insights into the public ownership domain. This experience provides an excellent stepping stone to understand investment data and analytics, directly applying this knowledge to day-to-day responsibilities.
