Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Dell Technologies, you will be part of a dynamic and high-performance team, responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers. In this role, you will engage with both existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and deliver exceptional service that helps them achieve their business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and aligning Dell Technologies’ solutions to deliver maximum value.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Solution Selling: Use Dell Technologies’ portfolio of products and services to design tailored solutions that meet customer needs and create positive business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive customer engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and achieve sales targets and metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • A strategic and consultative approach to sales, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of Dell Technologies’ portfolio of solutions or similar technology products and services is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
