Qualifications 

• Statistical & Machine Learning Techniques: Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and their implementation.
• Data Manipulation & Analysis: Expertise in SQL, Python (or similar), and data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy) for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
• Problem-solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights from data.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict credit risk, customer behavior, and fraud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and apply them to solve business problems.
