Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients, maintaining clear communication both verbally and in writing.
• Verification Process: Conduct verifications of credentials for candidates and vendors as per client requirements.
• KPI Adherence: Ensure business-specific KPIs are met, focusing on productivity and quality targets.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain real-time trackers and master logs.
• Timely Deliverables: Complete client engagement tasks within established timelines and methodologies, ensuring high-quality results.
• Process Knowledge: Continuously adapt to process changes and new information.
• Progress Monitoring: Keep supervisors updated on project progress, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Data Handling: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a basic understanding of large data handling.
• Clear Communication: Communicate effectively across teams and with seniors in a structured manner.
• Work Under Pressure: Ability to manage deadlines, client demands, and extended working hours during peak periods.
