Job Description:

Paytm, one of India’s leading digital payment platforms, is looking to hire an enthusiastic HR Recruiter for their team. This position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition. If you have good communication skills, the ability to manage recruitment data, and a keen interest in HR processes, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization.
    • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Manage communication with candidates, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closure.
  2. MIS Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of candidate data, interview schedules, and hiring progress through internal systems.
    • Generate and present regular recruitment reports for internal teams and management.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and align on job descriptions, qualifications, and expectations.
    • Provide timely updates and ensure alignment between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive experience for candidates by being responsive, clear, and transparent throughout the hiring process.
    • Handle candidate queries and assist in the offer letter preparation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline is mandatory; candidates pursuing MBA in HR are preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with candidates, managers, and team members.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, but a demonstrated interest in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with MIS management or basic understanding of HR software tools is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
