Job Description & Responsibilities:

You will work with the Global Data Infrastructure and Strategy team to improve decision-making using your business and analytical skills. Your main task is to manage and ensure the quality of global customer support data.

The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, basic Python knowledge, good analytical abilities, and be well-organized. Clear communication and the ability to present information are also important.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, ensure quality, and make data easily accessible
Address issues in data tables and queries
Update data sources for new product launches
Create and maintain queries, tables, data models, and pipelines to meet global needs
Optimize queries and pipelines for better system performance
Collaborate with teams to make necessary changes
Mentor junior team members
Lead data infrastructure projects for the team

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in SQL
Strong expertise in Excel/Sheets
Basic proficiency in Python
Experience in stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Hive, Presto, or Spark SQL
Understanding of Hadoop data storage concepts
Experience with data modeling or ETL pipeline development is a plus
